No Animals-Due to severe health concerns, no animals are permitted on the property, including service animals and emotional support animals. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. No Parties or Events-This property is for the use of registered guests only. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. No Unregistered Guests-Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the premises. Please do not invite others over. No Drugs or Illegal Activity-The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay. Off Limits-Please respect owner's personal belongings. The garage, certain cabinets, the refrigerator located in the laundry room, and closets are not included in the rental stay as they contain owner's personal effects. The cabinets are labeled locked and some closets have locks on the doors. You are welcome to use the closets that do not have locks. Dressers, luggage racks, and hanging racks are free to use by all guests. Quiet Hours-Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Check-in/Check-out Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 11 AM Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made. Cleanliness - Please treat the home with respect. Wash any used dishes, dispose of trash properly, and leave the space as you found it. Prior to leaving, please take all trash to the outside trashcan located by the garage. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on prior to leaving. Pool Rules- No Diving! Swimsuits only in the pool. Other types of clothing can damage the pool and are not permitted in the water. No glass outside as broken glass around the pool is a safety hazard. There is plastic tableware available for your use. Damage & Breakage Accidents happen! Please report any damage or issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly. Security & Safety Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not tamper with security devices or smoke detectors.
